As a Senior Software Engineer, you will collaborate within a cross-functional development team, taking ownership of delivery tasks including design, development, testing, deployment, configuration, and documentation to meet business needs.

You will drive integration of services, focusing on optimizing the customer journey and experience. This includes participating in team prioritization discussions, estimating tasks, and managing risks within your designated application or service.

A key aspect of this role involves driving code, design, and process trade-off discussions, reviewing team members' work, and mentoring junior engineers. You will also champion the adoption of technology standards and frameworks, ensuring high-quality code and robust automation practices.

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and at least 7 years of comprehensive Software Engineering experience across the entire SDLC.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is essential, alongside strong experience in building automation frameworks from scratch. Expertise with REST APIs, Microservices, Event-driven architectures, Distributed systems, and Cloud-native applications is required.

Familiarity with CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Rest Assured, Postman) is necessary. A solid understanding of Data Build Tool (DBT) testing for data pipeline quality, along with strong SQL and data analysis skills, is also expected. Experience with Agile and DevOps practices is fundamental.
