Design, develop, and maintain complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, DT, and APIs. Create robust inbound and outbound integrations linking Workday with third-party applications. Develop and manage Workday Reports, Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, and Dashboards. Analyze intricate business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Provide essential support for Workday implementation, enhancement, and ongoing production activities.

Troubleshoot integration and data-related issues with efficiency, ensuring timely resolutions. Foster strong collaboration with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and external vendors. Actively participate in rigorous testing phases, including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT. Generate comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials. Support Workday releases and drive feature adoption within the organization.

Proven hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Calculated Fields, XML, XSLT, and JSON is essential. Demonstrated strong experience in Workday HCM integrations is required. Familiarity with middleware tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workday Cloud Connect is highly beneficial. A solid understanding of data transformation and integration best practices is expected. Proficiency in SDLC and Agile methodologies is crucial for this role.
