Our team focuses on building advanced customer relationship management solutions that consolidate advertiser data, streamline workflows, and provide crucial insights for sales, marketing, operations, billing, and customer success teams.

We are looking for engineers passionate about AI, Copilot experiences, Dynamics 365 CRM, and full-stack development to help us transition from OneCRM to TrueCRM. This role involves creating scalable cloud-native solutions, integrating AI capabilities, and delivering modern user experiences to empower business users worldwide. Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure full-stack solutions for Microsoft Advertising CRM platforms. Build modern web applications, APIs, and cloud-native services using Azure technologies to enhance sales enablement and advertiser lifecycle management.

Leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, and Power Platform to create solutions for customer engagement, workflow automation, and business processes. Contribute to the evolution of our CRM ecosystem, driving modernization and improving user experiences. Develop and integrate cutting-edge AI-powered features, including Copilot experiences, intelligent recommendations, and predictive insights.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Applied Scientists, Data Scientists, and fellow engineers to deliver innovative solutions. Build scalable backend services, distributed systems, and data platforms using Azure cloud services. Champion engineering excellence through code reviews, automated testing, observability, and performance optimization. Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, coupled with at least 8 years of experience in technical engineering, including proficiency in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, is required. Alternatively, equivalent experience will be considered.

We also require a minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience focused on building enterprise-scale applications and cloud services. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, and the Power Platform is essential for this role.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Strong full-stack development skills in C#, .NET, React/TypeScript, and REST APIs are highly valued. Experience building cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, knowledge of software design patterns, DevOps practices, and experience with AI-powered solutions like Copilot or Generative AI are beneficial.
