A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. Possess at least 5 years of hands-on software development experience using one or more programming languages. Demonstrate 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products. Acquire 1 year of experience in software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field. Additionally, 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms, alongside 1 year in a technical leadership capacity, is highly valued. Experience in developing accessible technologies is also a plus.
