Key duties include providing technical leadership, driving architectural decisions, and advancing AI-native engineering practices to enhance productivity and delivery speed. You will collaborate closely with product management and cross-functional teams to achieve significant business outcomes.

Furthermore, you will champion engineering quality through rigorous reviews and testing, actively reducing technical debt. Improving service reliability, observability, and performance through automation and proactive risk management will be paramount. You'll also lead the resolution of complex production issues and mentor fellow engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

We are seeking experienced professionals with a minimum of 9 years in software engineering, encompassing design, development, deployment, and lifecycle management of enterprise-grade applications. A strong foundation in modern software engineering practices, SDLC platforms, DevOps, and AI-assisted engineering is essential.

Practical experience with Agentic Software Engineering capabilities across the development lifecycle is required. Technical proficiency in areas such as .NET, SQL, Cosmos DB, Python, Azure CLI, PowerShell, YAML, Node.js, and React.js is expected, alongside a proven track record of building and operating enterprise applications on Microsoft Azure.

Experience designing intelligent, context-aware applications using LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, or MCP is highly desirable. You should possess a solid understanding of distributed systems, database design, API patterns, and cloud architectures, with a demonstrated ability to make sound technical decisions balancing multiple critical factors. Excellent technical leadership, collaboration, and mentoring skills are a must.
