Design and implement cutting-edge security and enterprise features for Windows client and server, focusing on areas like hardware-backed security, cryptography, and identity. Produce high-quality, maintainable code with a strong emphasis on engineering rigor, diagnostics, and operational readiness for global deployment. Collaborate closely with partner teams in Redmond and across Windows engineering to deliver shared roadmaps and technical outcomes, driving end-to-end feature execution. Mentor and develop technical talent within the group, acting as a trailblazer for new technologies and building industry-wide recognition. Leverage AI-assisted workflows to accelerate design, debugging, and testing while upholding strict security and quality standards, establishing reusable patterns for safe and repeatable AI adoption.

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, coupled with 8+ years of engineering experience, including proficiency in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python. Demonstrated experience in building and shipping production software using systems languages like C/C++/C#/Rust, with a strong ability to debug complex systems. Expertise in at least one of the following areas: platform security, cryptography, identity/authentication, secure boot/TPM, device security, enterprise policy/management, or licensing/entitlement systems. Proven ability to design and develop features for large-scale, performance-sensitive systems, ideally with deep Windows OS or systems-level knowledge. Experience in driving engineering quality through testing strategy, telemetry, reliability, and operational excellence is highly desirable. Comfortable collaborating across geographies and influencing designs with stakeholders across engineering, security, and program leadership.
