Select and implement appropriate persistence mechanisms, including RDBMS and NoSQL databases, based on project requirements.

Conduct proofs-of-concept to address evolving business needs.

Collaborate effectively with various Mastercard teams to ensure project success.

Embody teamwork within an Agile framework and provide technical mentorship and training to junior developers.

Demonstrate a passion for technology and possess comprehensive full-stack development skills.

Exhibit in-depth knowledge of product development lifecycles.

Show strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. Prior experience with Event Driven Architecture is a significant advantage.

Possess experience in developing online, real-time systems.

Proven experience with CI and CD pipelines.

Familiarity with PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) and Digital Native Architecture is desirable.
