Lead projects to enhance the reliability, security, and velocity of our Priceless Platform. You will contribute to recruiting top talent, fostering team growth, and mentoring them in SRE practices such as chaos engineering and observability. Partner with Quality Engineers to develop automated tests and shape testing strategies. Collaborate with platform engineers to automate infrastructure provisioning and scaling. Help build frameworks for integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines across various languages and frameworks.

Promote a culture of site reliability, shared ownership, and transparency through your technical expertise and leadership. Effectively translate business needs into robust engineering reliability and testing solutions through cross-functional collaboration. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact by leading critical initiatives within a collaborative and innovative engineering environment. Focus areas include test automation, CI/CD pipeline creation, and infrastructure automation. This position is based in Pune, India.

You bring over 7 years of experience as a technical lead in Test Automation, SRE, or DevOps. You have hands-on expertise with Playwright using TypeScript/Python for test automation, alongside experience with Git Actions and AWS.

A proven ability to deliver complex technical solutions in fast-paced environments is essential. You possess demonstrable and enthusiastic Cloud/AWS Engineering technical leadership experience. You have a direct, hands-on background leading high-visibility projects and collaborating with high-performing, cross-regional engineering teams.

Experience with leading code reviews, performing refactoring, and gathering code quality metrics is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent relationship, collaboration, and organizational abilities, are a must. You have a deep, hands-on understanding of AWS, with practical experience in developing, deploying, and securing services, ideally within regulated environments.

Familiarity with software development productivity metrics to continuously enhance code velocity, quality, and release frequency is expected. You should be skilled in using code and scripts for provisioning, configuring, and managing infrastructure resources. Experience with automation/configuration management, various deployment strategies, and robust logging/monitoring practices for high availability is crucial.
