Lead the complete software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and designing architecture to development, testing, and deployment. You'll build AI-infused applications and Copilots to significantly enhance user productivity and creativity, ensuring all solutions are high-quality, scalable, and secure.

Develop resilient designs adhering to architectural best practices and security by design principles. Mentor team members through code reviews and design feedback, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture. Collaborate closely with product teams, program managers, and UX designers to manage dependencies and enhance engineering capabilities.

Establish and enforce strong coding, testing, and documentation practices for code quality and reliability. Support and maintain existing enterprise services and integrations. Drive continuous improvement through automation and process optimization. Actively participate in sprint planning and provide clear communication on deliverables and risks.

Requires a Bachelor of Science (BS) or Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering, coupled with at least 8 years of experience in building commercial software and a proven record of shipping successful products.

Demonstrate 8+ years of experience with cloud development principles, microservices, and the DevOps model, alongside 5+ years of experience leading technical and architectural dependencies. Proficiency is expected in languages like C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and hands-on experience with AI technologies, ASP.NET, and Azure PaaS services (Web Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, Event Hub, REST API, SQL, NoSQL) is essential.

Experience working in agile or startup environments with a strong customer focus is crucial. Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration within multi-disciplinary teams. Preferred qualifications include business acumen, experience with software development tools (GIT, CICD), cloud platforms (Azure, CosmosDB, ADF), front-end frameworks (React), and building analytic applications leveraging data science and AI.
