In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining high-performance, scalable backend services. You'll craft clean and efficient code in Python and Go, designing and optimizing systems for maximum speed, reliability, and distributed scale. Collaboration is key as you'll work closely with ML, Infra, and Frontend teams to deliver end-to-end features, while also actively participating in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning. You'll be solving intricate systems problems and contributing to crucial architectural decisions.

We are seeking experienced backend or systems developers with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience. A strong proficiency in Python and/or Go is essential, alongside a solid understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and performance optimization techniques. Experience in building APIs, microservices, or cloud-native applications is highly valued. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and monitoring tools is expected. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
Additional desirable skills include experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud infrastructure like AWS/GCP. Familiarity with message queues, caching, or large-scale databases is a plus. Exposure to ML/AI engineering or related infrastructure tooling, as well as contributions to open-source projects, would be advantageous.
