Develop and rigorously test product or system code, adhering to best practices. Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews, ensuring code quality, testability, and efficiency. Contribute to and adapt technical documentation and educational content based on product updates and user feedback. Investigate, debug, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing root causes and their impact on operations and quality. Design and implement innovative solutions in specialized ML areas, effectively utilizing ML infrastructure and demonstrating deep expertise.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. Possess at least 5 years of programming experience in Python or C++. Demonstrate 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products, along with 1 year of software design and architecture experience. Have 3 years of experience in at least one of the following: Speech/audio technologies, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another specialized ML field. Exhibit 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure, including areas like model deployment, evaluation, optimization, data processing, and debugging. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms, and 1 year in a technical leadership role.
