Craft and rigorously test code for product and system development.

Engage collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders, participating in design and code reviews to uphold best practices in code quality, testability, and efficiency.

Analyze and resolve product or system issues, debugging and tracking problems by understanding their root causes and impact on operations and quality.

Develop and implement advanced solutions within specialized ML domains, utilizing robust ML infrastructure, and demonstrating deep expertise in your chosen field.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

We are looking for 5 years of programming experience in Python or C++.

Candidates should possess 3 years of experience in software product testing, maintenance, or launch, coupled with 1 year of experience in software design and architecture.

Three years of experience is needed in at least one of the following areas: Speech/audio technologies, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another specialized ML field.

Additionally, 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure, including model deployment, evaluation, optimization, data processing, and debugging, is essential.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms, and 1 year in a technical leadership role. Experience developing accessible technologies is also a plus.
