Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy robust and scalable AI/ML models for production systems. Collaborate closely with product and research teams to integrate AI-based features. Foster knowledge transfer of AI expertise to product teams, enabling future AI initiatives. Identify and build shared infrastructure and models to streamline future AI engagements. Work with distributed teams, including product managers and researchers, across multiple time zones to drive AI adoption.

Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in software development. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with 3 years dedicated to launching and maintaining software products. 1 year of experience in software design and architecture is also required.

Demonstrate 3 years of experience in at least one of the following areas: Speech/audio technology, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another specialized ML field. Furthermore, 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure, including model deployment, evaluation, optimization, data processing, and debugging, is essential.
