As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

- Architect, build, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js. - Craft reusable, high-performance frontend components and develop sophisticated backend services with RESTful APIs. - Design and manage both SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient data handling. - Implement stringent security measures, including authentication and authorization. - Drive application performance optimization and ensure high reliability. - Produce clean, well-documented, and modular code, actively participating in code reviews. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and production issues. - Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute significantly to technical decision-making processes. - Actively engage in Agile/Scrum methodologies and technical discussions.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. - 6-7 years of comprehensive professional software development experience. - Deep expertise in React.js (5+ years) and Node.js development. - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React Hooks, Context API, and state management (Redux/Redux Toolkit). - Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and frontend performance tuning. - Experience with backend frameworks (Express.js, NestJS), RESTful API development, and authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2). - Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Git, and Docker. - Proven ability to effectively and responsibly leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and GitHub Copilot for code generation, debugging, testing, and documentation. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. - The ability to independently own features and deliver production-ready solutions.
