As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will collaborate with talented developers to create high-performance Java-based solutions. Key responsibilities include analyzing, designing, and developing software solutions, contributing to application requirements, and ensuring code quality aligns with development standards.

You will coach and develop junior team members, design complex applications, interfaces, and integrations using third-party middleware or custom solutions. Performance engineering of enterprise software architecture is also a core aspect of this role, alongside providing guidance and training to other developers. Daily tasks involve software development, code reviews, support duties, and researching tools to meet domain-specific needs. Additionally, you'll have opportunities for public speaking and communication on domain-level directions.
