We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in React.js and Node.js. This role emphasizes building high-performance, scalable web applications and embraces AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and quality. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot for code generation, debugging, testing, and documentation, while maintaining rigorous engineering standards.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js. This includes building reusable frontend components, developing robust backend services and RESTful APIs, and managing SQL and NoSQL databases.

You will also focus on integrating frontend and backend systems, implementing security measures, and optimizing application performance. Key responsibilities include writing clean, well-documented code, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Mentoring junior developers and participating in Agile ceremonies are also integral parts of this role.

We require a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and 6-7 years of professional software development experience. Proficiency in React.js and Node.js is essential, along with expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, state management (Redux), and modern frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3).

Backend experience should include Node.js frameworks (Express.js, NestJS), RESTful API development, and authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2). A solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is also necessary. Demonstrating effective and responsible use of AI-assisted development tools is a critical requirement for this position.
