Key responsibilities include: - Envisioning, designing, implementing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving software components and services. - Developing user-friendly, scalable application capabilities by integrating AI models and enhancing existing features. - Optimizing AI model performance and reliability in production through retraining, evaluation, prompt engineering, and continuous monitoring. - Ensuring the deployment, quality, and operation of AI systems using MLOps and DevOps practices, including automated testing and CI/CD pipelines. - Embracing and utilizing state-of-the-art technologies. - Contributing innovative ideas during technical discussions. - Owning code quality and leveraging AI development tools for faster development. - Collaborating with Product Managers, Architects, and UX Designers on feature specifications from an engineering perspective. - Developing software that empowers customers to optimize their business processes. - Working with key customers to facilitate adoption and achieve business goals. - Fostering a positive, solution-focused, and creative team spirit. - Supporting the development and progress of less experienced team members.

We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong foundation in software engineering and applied AI. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, coupled with at least 4 years of technical engineering experience, including coding in languages like C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 8+ years of technical engineering experience with coding proficiency in languages such as C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python. Alternatively, a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field with 6+ years of relevant experience is also valued. Expertise in building responsive front-ends and scalable back-ends, along with 8+ years of professional software development experience in C#/C++/Java and 8+ years of experience building cloud applications with front-end technologies like React, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML are highly desirable.

Additional preferred experience includes 3+ years with Generative AI, LLMs, or agentic systems, and experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale services. Familiarity with architecting, building, and maintaining UX component libraries adhering to modern web standards is beneficial. Experience delivering Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform solutions is a plus. Strong experience in AI Agentic development and leveraging AI development tools is crucial. Excellent verbal, written, and cross-team collaboration skills, along with a strong team player attitude and passion for software quality and engineering excellence, are essential. Experience with developing, debugging, and supporting code in object-oriented languages and database querying languages, as well as building infrastructure using Microsoft Azure technologies like Service Fabric, App Service, and Docker, is also preferred.
