As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and building highly scalable cloud services and security solutions that defend enterprise identities. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, architects, and product leaders to shape the future of Microsoft's enterprise identity landscape.

Design, develop, and maintain large-scale Identity and Access Management services, focusing on security and scalability. Build robust solutions for identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and access governance. Develop highly scalable cloud services and distributed systems, contributing to long-term platform strategy. Drive end-to-end engineering delivery, translating requirements into technical solutions and ensuring quality through rigorous testing and automation. Own the operational excellence of highly available production services, focusing on reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, coupled with over 8 years of experience in technical engineering. Proficiency in coding languages such as C#, Java, Python, or Go is essential. Demonstrated experience in designing and building cloud-scale distributed systems, microservices architectures, and cloud-native applications is required. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms, strong debugging and performance optimization skills, and experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation are crucial. Ability to independently drive complex technical initiatives from design to production, and experience leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools, are also key qualifications.
