Design and develop advanced AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and Copilot experiences to enhance seller productivity and streamline business workflows. Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI services into enterprise applications for intelligent user experiences.

Lead end-to-end software development, from requirements analysis and architecture to implementation, testing, and operational excellence. Build scalable front-end applications with React and TypeScript, coupled with robust backend services and APIs.

Implement solutions using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and related Microsoft business applications, creating seller-focused experiences. Develop cloud-native applications with Azure services and microservices architectures, ensuring high availability, performance, and maintainability.

Champion security-by-design principles and ensure solutions meet enterprise security and compliance standards. Conduct code and architecture reviews, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineering teams to maintain high standards and drive technical strategy.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. Candidates should possess 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.

Proven experience in building modern web applications and distributed systems, including designing and consuming RESTful APIs and cloud services, is essential. A solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented design, testing, performance optimization, and secure coding practices, is expected.

Experience working within Agile development environments is necessary. Preferred qualifications include extensive experience with enterprise-scale software products, developing AI-powered applications, and hands-on familiarity with Dynamics 365, Azure services (App Services, Functions, AKS, etc.), and modern front-end frameworks like React and TypeScript.
