The Agentic Core Services Team is building a scalable, cloud-native platform for developing, executing, and managing agentic applications. We provide the essential infrastructure and runtime systems enabling developers to confidently build enterprise-grade AI agents with agility.

Define user requirements and dependencies, creating detailed design documents. Develop, implement, optimize, and debug code for enhanced performance and maintainability. Drive project plans and release schedules by collaborating with stakeholders and leveraging product expertise.

Serve as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI), guiding engineers and managing system monitoring for degradation or downtime. Proactively adopt new technologies and trends to improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, and performance.

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is required, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in designing, building, and operating production-grade software and services at scale. Proven ability to deliver high-impact solutions is essential.

Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming languages is necessary. Experience with cloud services and distributed systems is preferred. Expertise in solving complex technical challenges within distributed systems, AI/ML infrastructure, developer platforms, or cloud services is highly valued. Customer engagement experience during integration or deployment phases, incorporating feedback, is also a plus.
