Design and develop robust software components by translating product requirements into actionable tasks and providing accurate estimates. Oversee the analysis, design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions adhering to industry best practices. Independently devise multiple technical solutions and create extensible low-level designs, ensuring modular, readable, and performant code. Select appropriate data structures, tools, and technologies, contributing to high-level design discussions.

Research and evaluate new frameworks and technologies, assisting with prototyping and proof-of-concept initiatives. Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their technical growth. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to contribute to a shared vision and ensure successful product delivery. Take ownership of APIs throughout their lifecycle, from development to production support. Contribute to technology roadmaps and ensure adherence to required standards and processes.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across all management levels. Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully delivering complex software applications individually. Requires extensive hands-on experience in building highly scalable and performant systems. A solid understanding of Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Security, Spring Boot, and RESTful web services is essential, along with experience in integrating web services. Familiarity with building cloud-ready applications (microservices) and exposure to Test-Driven Development, Continuous Delivery, and Integration are expected.

Candidates must be high-energy, detail-oriented, and proactive, capable of functioning independently under pressure. A strong sense of initiative and self-motivation is crucial for driving results. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (BE/B.Tech) and 7-10 years of relevant work experience are required.
