As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be instrumental in the design, coding, and unit testing of software, ensuring adherence to development standards. Responsibilities include reviewing requirements, creating detailed designs, performing independent coding and unit testing, and mentoring team members. You will ensure coding standards, communicate effectively with engineering and onshore teams, and support QE efforts, including defect fixes and automation. Collaboration with leads and developers for project deployment, managing source control, and delivering technical artifacts are key. Identifying opportunities for application optimization and complying with company policies are also vital.

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with at least 4 years of experience in full-stack development using Java/J2EE technologies. Essential skills include hands-on experience with Core Java/J2EE (Spring, Web Flux, MVC), IDEs like IntelliJ/Eclipse/RAD, RESTful web services, AngularJS/Node.js, and SQL queries with MySQL. Proficiency in JUnit/Spock/Groovy and JDK 1.8 is required. Experience with CI/CD, DevOps initiatives, global environments, and application servers like JBoss is expected. A strong understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) concepts and SDLC processes is necessary. Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills are a must, along with a proven self-motivated attitude.
