As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in:

- Participating in the scoping, design, and implementation of complex features. - Delivering first-time-right, scalable solutions that push the boundaries of analytics applications. - Designing and implementing intuitive, responsive UIs for improved data and analytics understanding. - Building and maintaining analytics and data models for performant, scalable products. - Ensuring a high-quality codebase through writing and reviewing performant, well-tested code. - Mentoring junior software engineers and teammates, fostering growth. - Driving innovative improvements in team development processes. - Partnering with Product Managers and Customer Experience Designers to deeply understand users and use cases, translating this into effective solutions. - Collaborating with exceptional peers who share a passion for their work.

We are looking for a seasoned technologist with:

- Over 8 years of full-stack engineering experience in an agile production environment. - Proven experience in designing and implementing complex features within full-stack applications. - Experience working with cross-regional Product and Tech teams. - A strong desire to learn new technologies and frameworks. - Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, JPA, React, Redux, and TypeScript. - Familiarity with .NET/C# and Python is advantageous. - Solid experience with RESTful APIs and JSON/SOAP based APIs. - Expertise in SQL, Multi-threading, Message Queuing, and Distributed Systems. - A strong grasp of Design Patterns. - Proficiency with automated unit testing frameworks like NUnit/JUnit. - Knowledge of cloud-native development (Cloud Foundry, AWS) is a plus. - A customer-centric development approach and a passion for analytical problem-solving. - Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse teams and geographies. - Superior academic credentials in Computer Science or a related technical field. - Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
