Key responsibilities include identifying and resolving production issues, providing business query solutions, and supporting on-call tasks and incident management. You will also participate in war rooms for critical issues and prepare detailed technical designs in collaboration with business stakeholders.

Prepare comprehensive test plans and execute them, ensuring timely delivery of all tasks. Engage actively in design and test case reviews, and support QA, UAT, and release phases through defect analysis. Adhere strictly to quality requirements and company policies, working both independently and as part of a team.

We seek a candidate with a B.E., MCA, B.Tech, MTECH, or MS degree and at least 4 years of experience with AS400, RPG/RPGLE, COBOL, and CL/CLLE. Essential skills include strong proficiency in AS400 DB2 and SQLs, along with a good understanding of Agile practices.

Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a significant advantage. Familiarity with change management tools like ALDON, or tools such as GIT and Jenkins, is beneficial. Candidates must demonstrate proven problem-solving, analytical, communication, and presentation skills, coupled with a positive attitude and self-motivation. Flexibility to work in evening shifts (11:30 am - 8:30 pm or 2:30 PM - 12 AM) is required.
