This role is instrumental in establishing our new agile development team focused on Network Access solutions within the Payment Networks organization.

This role involves leveraging engineering expertise, ideally within high-volume, low-latency transaction processing systems, to ensure software quality across the full stack. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, delivering scalable products, and ensuring rigorous quality practices throughout the SDLC. Collaboration with software engineers is key to maintaining proper test and code coverage, configuration quality, monitoring, and early performance testing. You will also develop and implement QA standards, processes, and tools, translating complex system requirements into effective testing strategies.

Candidates should possess a strong background in engineering, with a preference for experience in high-volume, low-latency transaction processing systems. Proficiency in quality engineering techniques and tools is essential. Experience with CI/CD pipeline creation via Jenkins and delivering scalable products through CI/CD, deployed either on-premise or in public cloud infrastructure, is required. A solid understanding of rigorous CI/CD practices across the entire SDLC, including builds, testing, and deployment, is also necessary. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are expected.
