As a Full Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in driving design and development for scalable microservices using Java 8+ and Object-Oriented SOLID principles. You will leverage frameworks like Spring Boot and implement Event-Driven Architectures within a CI/CD environment using Pivotal Cloud Foundry.

Your responsibilities will include selecting appropriate persistence mechanisms (RDBMS, NoSQL), implementing coding best practices, and ensuring code quality gates. You will also conduct proofs-of-concept, collaborate with various Mastercard groups to ensure project success, and actively participate in an Agile environment. A key aspect of this role involves providing technical mentoring and training to junior developers.

We are looking for a passionate technologist with comprehensive Full Stack Developer skills and a deep understanding of product development. Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot is a must, with experience in Event-Driven Architecture being a significant advantage.

Experience with Online/Real-Time Systems development and CI/CD pipelines is required. Familiarity with PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) and Digital Native Architecture is desirable. Excellent communication skills, rapid learning ability, and strong technical mentoring capabilities are essential for success in this role.
