We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to our mission. This role is crucial in driving the development of high-performance, enterprise-grade applications. If you're passionate about frontend engineering and eager to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply.
This Senior UI Engineer role involves end-to-end ownership of frontend delivery, influencing key architectural and design decisions, and elevating overall engineering standards. You will collaborate closely with backend teams, UX designers, and product stakeholders to craft modern, accessible, and high-quality user interfaces.
Key duties include designing and developing scalable UI applications using Angular and React, building reusable and maintainable UI components, and leading initiatives focused on performance optimization, accessibility, and UI quality. You'll also mentor fellow engineers, promote best coding and testing practices, and enhance developer productivity and engineering workflows.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in UI/Frontend engineering, with a proven track record in building scalable, high-performance, enterprise-grade applications. Essential technical skills include strong expertise in Angular and React JS, deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern ES features. A solid understanding of scalable UI architectures, HTML5, CSS3, advanced CSS layouts (Flexbox, Grid), and modern styling techniques (SCSS, CSS Modules, Styled Components, Tailwind CSS) is required.
Further requirements include familiarity with design systems, component-driven architecture, UI theming, and UI/UX design fundamentals. The ability to translate design mock-ups into pixel-perfect UIs, coupled with extensive experience in unit testing, TDD/BDD practices, and end-to-end automation using Cypress and Playwright, is crucial. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, web server deployment principles, and state management (Redux, NgRx, RxJS) is also expected. A strong grasp of REST APIs, performance optimization, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and version control (Git) is vital for success in this role.
