In this role, you will be responsible for the complete software development lifecycle, from analysis and design through development, testing, and delivery. You will play a critical part in defining requirements, customizing applications, and spearheading automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality. Taking ownership of significant projects, you will also drive the team's automation strategy, build robust automation frameworks, and mentor junior engineers. Participation in code reviews, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and technical evaluations is also expected, all while continuously striving to improve engineering practices.

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot. Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs and Web Services is essential, as is practical experience with automation tools like Playwright and Selenium for API automation. A solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and the SDLC is required. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is crucial. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to take ownership, drive initiatives independently, and possess excellent troubleshooting skills for production issues and root-cause analysis.
