You will be instrumental in designing, building, and operating scalable, secure, and intelligent enterprise applications. The CSX team empowers Microsoft's commercial sellers through intelligent platforms and transformative digital experiences, driving growth and delivering exceptional customer outcomes. We focus on modern engineering solutions and AI-powered capabilities to enhance seller effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and Copilot experiences. You will integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI services into enterprise applications, driving adoption of modern AI engineering practices. Full-stack development involves leading requirements analysis, architecture, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operational excellence for scalable front-end (React, TypeScript) and robust back-end services.

Develop solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 and Microsoft business applications to streamline sales processes. Build cloud-native applications using Azure services and microservices architectures, focusing on platform reliability and developer productivity. Implement security-by-design principles and ensure compliance with enterprise security standards. Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, conduct code and architecture reviews, and contribute to technical strategy.

A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. We seek candidates with 12+ years of professional software engineering experience in developing and shipping commercial software. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python is essential.

Demonstrated experience building modern web applications, distributed systems, and designing/consuming RESTful APIs and cloud services is crucial. A strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented design, testing, performance optimization, and secure coding practices, is expected. Experience in Agile development environments is also required.
