Lead and manage engineering teams with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions. Oversee the planning, design, development, and deployment of consumer software experiences. Collaborate closely with product and program management to define roadmaps and drive execution. Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects and development efforts within an Agile framework. Drive operational excellence and strategic thinking to optimize transportation network performance.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering is essential. Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in managing engineering teams. Extensive experience (10+ years) in planning, designing, developing, and delivering consumer-facing software. Proven ability to partner effectively with product or program management teams. Experience managing multiple projects and development teams concurrently within an Agile environment. Strong business judgment and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills are a must.
