As a Senior Software Engineer on our AI-powered HR assistant team, you will be responsible for owning the technical architecture, design, and build of our generative AI platform.

You will architect, design, build, and ship production-ready AI systems that drive our mission forward. This includes expanding the assistant's capabilities, introducing new HR experiences through conversational workflows, and enhancing platform features to improve intelligence with every interaction. Your focus will also be on upholding the operational excellence, accuracy, and low latency crucial for earning and maintaining employee trust.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships. A strong foundation in programming with at least one software language is essential.

Candidates must possess 5+ years of experience in leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, encompassing design patterns, reliability, and scaling. Prior experience as a mentor, tech lead, or in leading an engineering team is also a requirement. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is expected. Experience in the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations, is highly valued.
