Take ownership of critical platforms for promotional management, competitive pricing intelligence, and operational automation for pricing, business, and product managers.

Drive features from concept to deployment for key products like the Promos UI platform, encompassing full-stack development from user interfaces to robust backend services on AWS. Make architectural decisions balancing immediate business needs with long-term scalability and maintainability.

Collaborate closely with operations, business stakeholders, and partner engineering teams to understand customer needs and deliver reliable solutions. Champion operational excellence through monitoring, incident response, and automation. Mentor junior engineers, contribute to best practices, and enhance team velocity and reliability by shipping high-quality features.

A minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships, is required.

Demonstrated expertise in programming with at least one software language for over 7 years is necessary. Experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling for more than 5 years is essential.

Experience serving as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team is a key qualification. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, alongside extensive experience in the full software development lifecycle, covering coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
