Architect and develop scalable, secure systems designed to handle sensitive financial data across diverse customer environments. Partner with business teams to understand customer requirements, investigate potential solutions, and deliver innovative features that address real financial challenges. Establish and communicate architectural principles and design patterns, then mentor team members in their adoption and implementation. Lead technical analysis of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform platform development and innovation strategy. Make data-driven architectural decisions that balance scalability, customer experience, and business priorities.

A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience (non-internship). Demonstrated experience of 5+ years in programming with at least one software programming language. Over 5 years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling. Proven experience as a mentor, tech lead, or in leading an engineering team. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field is required.

Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of experience across the full software development life cycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
