As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, enhancing, and maintaining critical systems, embracing an AI-first approach. You'll leverage best-in-breed technologies to ensure the reliability and scalability of our solutions.

We are looking for individuals with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships, is essential.

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of programming experience in a software language and 5 years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including expertise in design patterns, reliability, and scaling. Prior experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team leader is also a key requirement.

Preferred qualifications include 8+ years of experience across the full software development lifecycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations. A strong understanding of professional software engineering best practices and a proven track record of strategic thinking, ownership, and deep technical problem-solving are highly valued.
