Lead the end-to-end productization of power and thermal controllers, from initial planning through bring-up, tuning, validation, and production.
Collaborate closely with architecture, design, firmware, and software teams to define controller requirements and integrate new capabilities into production-ready solutions.
Characterize and optimize controller behavior across diverse workloads, operating conditions, and silicon variations to meet product power and thermal limits.
Correlate silicon behavior with pre-silicon predictions, resolving intricate issues across silicon, firmware, software, power delivery, thermal, and performance domains.
Develop and implement tuning strategies to enhance power and thermal control while maximizing product performance within specified operating limits.
Leverage AI/ML and data-driven approaches to analyze characterization and telemetry data, identify trends, and accelerate controller tuning and debug efficiency.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required.
Over 5 years of experience is necessary in areas such as silicon power/performance, post-silicon bring-up, power or thermal controller characterization, productization, or related hardware fields.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of silicon power, performance, and thermal characteristics, including voltage/frequency relationships, workloads, operating conditions, and system constraints.
Possess hands-on experience with silicon bring-up, characterization, validation, and system-level hardware debugging.
Exhibit expertise in analyzing hardware, firmware, software, power delivery, and thermal interactions, with a proven ability to resolve complex technical problems to their root cause.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills are essential, enabling the translation of silicon measurements into actionable engineering decisions.
