This role focuses on driving innovation in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI-Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) across our engineering teams. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions, including RAG pipelines and Vector Databases, while fostering the adoption of advanced development practices.

Spearhead GenAI, Agentic AI, and AI-SDLC transformation initiatives within engineering teams. Design and deploy RAG pipelines, Vector Databases, and AI-powered engineering solutions. Champion Spec Driven Development (SDD) and AI-assisted software delivery practices. Integrate AI capabilities seamlessly with development toolchains like GitHub, Jira, CI/CD, and SonarQube. Define strategic transformation roadmaps and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve measurable business outcomes.

A seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience, ideally in a Senior Lead or Architect role. Possess at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and related technologies. Demonstrate strong expertise in GenAI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI development tools. Familiarity with platforms such as Copilot and Claude, alongside AI agents and AI-driven software engineering methodologies. Proven success in leading large-scale engineering transformations involving 300+ engineers. Solid technical foundation in Java/.NET, Microservices, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, and SRE principles. Exceptional leadership, consulting, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities are essential.
