Join our new Integrated Security Operations Center (ISOC) in Bengaluru as a Security Analyst. This role focuses on monitoring, investigating, and responding to security alerts across our technology landscape. You'll be crucial in managing 24x7 alert triage, assessing impact, and taking appropriate action.

As you grow, you'll also contribute to incident response, detection engineering, threat intelligence, and security enhancement projects. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a new security operations center and gain extensive hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities include: - Security monitoring, alert triage, and response across SIEM, EDR, and other security platforms. - Correlating logs and evidence to assess alert validity, severity, and business impact. - Following response playbooks, performing containment, remediation, and escalating complex issues. - Documenting investigations and ensuring thorough shift handoffs. - Supporting incident response, including evidence collection and timeline development. - Contributing to post-incident reviews and improving playbooks. - Developing, testing, and tuning detection rules. - Applying threat intelligence to investigations and detection improvements. - Contributing to special projects like onboarding security data sources and evaluating tools.

We are looking for candidates with: - Foundational knowledge of security operations, common attack techniques, and incident investigation. - Familiarity with Windows, Linux, networking, authentication, and enterprise or cloud services. - Experience with or exposure to security alerts, logs, and tools like SIEM or EDR. - Strong analytical judgment and communication skills. - Willingness to work scheduled shifts, including nights and weekends. - Typically 1-4 years of relevant experience in security operations, incident response, or IT operations. Internships, labs, and projects are also valued. - A degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
