Seeking a seasoned SAP HCM Consultant with 10-13 years of dedicated experience to spearhead application support, configuration, and testing initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of SAP HCM and integrated HR applications, focusing on portal testing, incident resolution, and business-user assistance.

This position involves close collaboration with client HR counterparts, business stakeholders, and technical teams to address diverse project requirements and deliver exceptional support.

Provide comprehensive support for all SAP HCM processes and associated HR applications, prioritizing and managing incidents effectively.

Conduct rigorous SAP HCM portal testing, encompassing functional, regression, and integration testing. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and meticulously prepare test scenarios, cases, data, and results for portal changes.

Collaborate with technical teams to resolve defects and integration challenges. Maintain up-to-date functional documentation, process guides, and knowledge articles. Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and other application groups, offering guidance and knowledge transfer to junior consultants.

A strong foundation in SAP HCM/HR processes and configuration, with hands-on experience in Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and CATS is essential.

Proficiency in ESS/MSS or SAP HR portal processes, coupled with knowledge of Neptune and Fiori, is required. Experience with SAP HCM integrations and interfaces, an understanding of HR master data and business processes, and familiarity with transport/change management are also crucial.

Demonstrated expertise in production support and incident management, along with proven ability to handle critical incidents independently. Excellent communication and coordination skills are necessary to effectively liaise with teams and clients.
