As Senior Manager, you will own and lead end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This includes overseeing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, as well as preparing and reviewing financial reports in compliance with accounting standards. You will drive governance, internal controls, and compliance with SOX and GAAP/IFRS.

Key duties involve managing intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders from FP&A, Controllers, and Business teams to enhance reporting accuracy and provide insights. Leading continuous improvement initiatives, managing audit activities, and mentoring RTR teams to foster high performance and delivery excellence are also central to this role.

Candidates should possess proven experience leading Record to Report (RTR) or General Accounting functions, with a strong grasp of financial reporting, month-end close procedures, and accounting principles. Experience within a shared services, GBS, or BPO environment is essential, along with hands-on expertise in ERP platforms like SAP S4 HANA, Oracle, or Blackline.

Demonstrated strong stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities are critical. We are looking for individuals with extensive knowledge of RTR processes, including journals, reconciliations, and financial reporting, alongside a deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS and internal control frameworks. Advanced Excel skills for financial data analysis are required. Exposure to automation tools such as RPA or workflow tools is a valuable asset.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred. We are seeking candidates with 15-19 years of relevant experience in RTR/Finance operations and a preference for experience managing teams in a global/shared services setup.
