As a Senior Risk Manager, you will combine strategic foresight, analytical rigor, and leadership to craft compliance strategies, enhance cost efficiency, and advance Amazon's circular economy objectives. This high-impact position requires a proactive approach to complex regulatory landscapes and a commitment to achieving scalable compliance outcomes.

Monitor emerging EPR regulations and advocate for policy simplification. Design robust audit frameworks to ensure full compliance with EPR obligations.

Develop strategic plans, including 3-Year Visions and annual operational plans. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational excellence and orchestrate cross-functional business reviews.

Lead cost optimization for EPR recycling fees, employing innovative strategies for financial impact reduction. Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities within fee structures and spearhead eco-modulation initiatives.

Drive integration of EPR costs into business decisions through automated tools. Enable real-time cost impact analysis for product selection, design, and pricing.

Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, coupled with at least 6 years of experience in program or project management. Demonstrated expertise in compliance, audit, or risk management is essential.

Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence stakeholders across an organization without direct reporting lines. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required.

Preferred qualifications include PMP or equivalent certification, experience with technology implementation and lean principles/Six Sigma, a Master's degree, and experience with large-scale data analysis tools like Excel, Python, SQL, or Tableau.
