Join EY's Transactions Corporate Finance (TCF) team as a Senior in Real Estate Hospitality & Tourism (RHT) Valuation. Lead RHT Valuation engagements, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery for financial reporting purposes. Develop and refine financial and valuation models in MS Excel, guiding junior team members. Engage in real estate advisory tasks, including financial analysis, cash flow modeling, property valuations, and market due diligence. Conduct fair value assessments for diverse property types and contribute to report preparation and issue resolution.

Conduct market research and analysis, review real estate documents, and prepare detailed reports. Utilize advanced tools for enhanced valuation accuracy. Stay abreast of market trends and economic conditions. Supervise and mentor junior staff, managing relationships with MENA stakeholders. Effectively communicate findings to senior management and clients, and actively participate in process improvement initiatives.

A postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or a CA/ACCA/CFA Charterholder or MBA-Finance from a top-tier B-school is required. You need 3-5 years of direct experience in valuation techniques (DCF, Income Approach, market comparables) within a business valuation firm, venture capital, investment banking, commercial banking, financial research, or a corporate finance role, preferably with M&A exposure. Experience in building financial models from scratch in MS Excel is highly preferred.

We are seeking an innovative and dynamic individual with a background in real estate valuation, acquisition due diligence, asset management, finance, or market research. The ability to work across M&A and Transaction Support is essential. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must, with experience in real estate databases and financial modeling being advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills are expected.
