We are seeking a Quality Process Professional to establish and manage robust quality processes. This role involves architecting and maintaining Quality Management Systems, developing process assets, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in areas like Agile, Service Management, and Six Sigma.

This position is crucial for driving data-driven delivery execution by creating and maintaining process metrics baselines and prediction models. You will also plan and lead external quality certification initiatives and conduct quality audits to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities. Empowering the sales function through the creation of compelling process-related assets is also a key responsibility.

Architect, define, and maintain Quality Management Systems for standardized ways of working. Develop and manage process assets, including methods, best practices, and enablers. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Agile, Service Management, Six Sigma, and related fields. Create and maintain process metrics baselines and prediction models for data-driven delivery and governance. Support the development of estimation models. Plan and drive external quality certification initiatives to build stakeholder confidence. Conduct quality audits to monitor compliance, provide alerts, and identify best practices and improvement areas.

Develop and deliver quality training programs to enhance awareness and skills. Create assets for the sales function that highlight Capgemini's processes, assets, and platforms. Assist with solutioning as a Subject Matter Expert when required.

Proven experience in establishing and running quality processes, including architecting and maintaining Quality Management Systems. Demonstrated ability to develop and manage process assets (methods, best practices, enablers). Expertise in Agile, Service Management, and Six Sigma is essential. Experience in creating and maintaining process metrics baselines and prediction models. Familiarity with planning and driving external quality certifications and conducting quality audits. Ability to develop and deliver quality training programs.
