This position is central to developing, maintaining, and executing comprehensive manual, automation, and performance scripts for Contact Centre applications, ensuring top-tier quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include identifying business challenges and opportunities for automation, leveraging enterprise AI tools for workflow streamlining, and evaluating emerging trends to shape solution design. You will own the end-to-end quality strategy, including test planning, execution, and release readiness for BOT and enterprise applications.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts, expand test coverage, and adhere to automation standards. Support framework enhancements to boost quality, efficiency, and scalability. Drive deployment validation, assess production readiness, and conduct post-release quality monitoring.

Mentoring and managing QA team members to foster technical excellence and continuous learning is crucial. Collaborate closely with developers, architects, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables. Establish QA standards, governance practices, metrics, and continuous improvement processes across projects.

Analyze quality trends, risks, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and ensure operational excellence. Ensure compliance with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with over 10 years of experience in Software Quality Engineering, specifically 5+ years with Cyara testing.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools is essential. Experience building AI-driven solutions for QA process improvement is highly valued. Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and deployment validation is expected.

Proven leadership experience in mentoring, managing, and developing QA teams is a must. Solid expertise in BOT, RPA, and enterprise application testing is required. Knowledge of API, UI, database, performance, and integration testing is necessary.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript is required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills are fundamental for this role.
