As a Senior Quality Engineering Lead, you will be instrumental in enhancing our product quality through innovative testing strategies and the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies. You will work within a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-impact healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of AI-driven test automation frameworks, utilizing tools like AccelQ. Conduct thorough functional testing, including system, integration, and regression testing. Integrate testing processes seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.

Build and maintain reusable automation frameworks, and manage test cases, execution, and defects using Agile tools like Rally and Jira. Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement clarification and with development teams for defect resolution and smooth releases. Execute and validate comprehensive REST API test scenarios, including request/response validation and error handling. Analyze database results and application logs to pinpoint issues and validate data integrity.

Leverage GenAI tools such as Copilot and Gemini AI to boost productivity and accelerate testing activities. Mentor junior QA team members, sharing best practices and ensuring project delivery. Contribute to test strategy development, risk assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives, staying abreast of emerging AI trends in software testing.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience is required, alongside at least 7 years of comprehensive Quality Assurance experience, with a strong focus on manual, API, and database testing. Expertise in the AccelQ test automation tool for at least 3 years is essential.

Proficiency in API testing using Postman and Insomnia, coupled with hands-on experience in test management and defect tracking tools like Rally or Jira. Experience with Rest Assured for API automation and knowledge of CI/CD integration with platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins are critical.

Demonstrated ability to design robust test suites and develop effective test cases. Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and a proven track record of ownership and accountability in delivering high-quality, timely results are expected. The ability to mentor team members effectively is also a key requirement.
