Lead quality engineering strategy and drive end-to-end test automation across web, API, mobile, cloud, and AI applications. Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks using modern tools.

Validate APIs and microservices through robust testing solutions. Establish best practices, coding standards, and CI/CD integrations. Develop validation frameworks for AI/GenAI models, ensuring quality, accuracy, and responsible AI guardrails.

Perform backend and database validation for data integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality strategies and release readiness. Mentor QE engineers and contribute to improving automation coverage and release quality.

A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. A minimum of 8 years in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or SDET roles is essential.

Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale automation programs and quality engineering initiatives for over 5 years. Possess hands-on expertise in automation framework design, API testing, CI/CD integration, and modern quality engineering practices.

Proven ability to excel in communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership. Experience with large-scale enterprise applications in sectors like Healthcare, Finance, Insurance, Banking, or Technology is highly valued.
