Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automated test suites using Python and ROBOT Framework, alongside implementing and maintaining Selenium-based UI automation for web applications. You will integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, execute tests on cloud platforms like Sauce Labs, and perform database validation using SQL. Analyzing test results, identifying root causes, reporting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product releases are integral to this role. Continuous enhancement of automation frameworks, test coverage, and mentoring junior QA engineers are also expected.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and over 7 years of experience in test automation. Essential hands-on experience includes ROBOT Framework, Selenium, and cloud-based test execution platforms such as Sauce Labs. Proficiency in REST API testing, tools like Postman or REST-assured, and solid programming skills in Python are required. A strong understanding of SQL, database testing, and familiarity with version control systems like Git, CI/CD tools, and modern DevOps practices are crucial. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), AI solutions (e.g., automating workflows with AI APIs, embedding AI into applications), vector databases, embeddings, RAG-based systems, and prompt engineering with LLMs is highly desirable.
