Capgemini is seeking a skilled Bi-lingual Functional Tester fluent in both Spanish and English for their Quality Engineering and Testing team. Key responsibilities include analyzing requirements to create comprehensive test scenarios and cases, executing manual tests, and validating application functionality. You will identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. A crucial part of this role involves performing bilingual validation of application content and user interfaces in Spanish and English.

You will also participate in Agile ceremonies, verify defect fixes through regression testing, and maintain test documentation and reports. Ensuring adherence to established QA processes and coordinating with multiple testing teams and stakeholders across geographies are vital to project success.

Essential qualifications include fluent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English, coupled with at least 2 years of functional testing experience, preferably in bilingual environments. A strong grasp of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle is required, along with experience in creating and executing manual test cases.

Proficiency with defect and test management tools like JIRA and ALM/HP Quality Center is necessary. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
