Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions to enhance software testing automation. This includes automating test case generation, execution, and defect prediction.

Implement AI/ML models for automated test case generation, prioritization, and maintenance. Develop intelligent test agents capable of learning application behavior for autonomous exploratory and regression testing.

Integrate AI capabilities into existing CI/CD pipelines and test frameworks. Apply NLP to analyze requirements and logs for deriving comprehensive test scenarios.

Collaborate with QE, DevOps, and software engineering teams to align AI solutions with product goals. Monitor and continuously improve AI model performance through retraining. Stay abreast of AI/ML and test automation trends, advocating for innovative practices.

Serve as a strategic technical resource for designing and implementing test software and automation frameworks. Innovate to resolve complex software engineering and technical challenges. Adhere to all company policies and employment terms.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is required.

Possess over three years of experience in AI/ML development, specifically focused on software testing or automation. Proficiency in developing test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or Playwright, and experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab, or ADO is essential.

Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies including SCRUM, KANBAN, LEAN, and SAFe on complex projects. Familiarity with Agile tools like Rally and JIRA is necessary.

Experience in continuously deploying and scheduling tests using Bamboo/Jenkins/GIT. Expertise in testing front-end and back-end APIs for Web and Batch applications, along with experience in test management tools like HP ALM or JIRA.

Knowledge and experience in testing APIs and Service Endpoints in both distributed and cloud environments. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Solid understanding of NLP, reinforcement learning, and anomaly detection techniques. Strong grasp of testing processes and methodologies, including test tools like Selenium/WebDriver and BDD/TDD frameworks. Good understanding of RESTful API and SOAP web services.

Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by broad software programming and technical expertise.
