Develop and maintain robust automation test suites, executing tests and providing insightful metrics. Collaborate with the team to define automation architecture and design standards, advocating for pioneering testing approaches. Participate actively in Scrum Agile ceremonies, identify and mitigate throughput risks, and translate complex requirements into detailed test scenarios. Perform manual testing for enhancements and defects, manage test processes to meet deadlines, and proactively communicate issues. Drive process improvements, establish best practices, and ensure compliance with testing standards. Contribute to release readiness and backlog grooming, facilitating timely defect resolution.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with 3+ years of IT quality assurance, systems, or application testing. Demonstrate proficiency with Test Management Tools, Agile Scrum methodology, and test automation support. Experience with Rally and implementing scalable automation frameworks is essential. Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools, coupled with a broad business approach and deep understanding of software automation and SDLC, is crucial. Proven functional expertise in automation concepts and tools like AccelQ, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, is expected.
