A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
Possess at least 6 years of experience in an applied research setting, such as product development or academia.
Demonstrated experience with a range of research methodologies, including usability studies, contextual inquiries, 1:1 interviews, and unmoderated research.
Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in fields like Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, or Anthropology.
Additionally, 5 years of experience conducting UX research on products and interacting with executive leadership, plus 3 years of project management experience within large, matrixed organizations are highly valued.
